Imbolg Creativity & Movement Workshop
February 12th, 12-4.30pm at SETU-Kilcornan, Clarinbridge, Co. Galway. €75 lunch incl.
The day will begin with a body meditation to bring in regulation for our systems. I ask you to bring your images, writings, whatever creative doodles have been growing over the winter, so that you can create a space for them.
A guided movement exercise, to bring the ‘neart’ to our ‘quickening’ energy. Allowing space for this to be felt in the body and expressed through movement and art.
A ritual to ask for the support of the Spirit of Imbolg to Bless us.
